Olugbade Adegoke, the elder brother of late Timothy Adegoke has escaped abduction from unknown assailants.
According to reports, it took the concerted effort and intervention of the Amotekun corps and officers of the Nigerian Police, Eruwa Division to foil the plan to abduct the deceased brother at Eruwa, yesterday.
Popular Journalist, Oriyomi Hamzat had first reported the narrow escape of Gbade on his Facebook page in the wee hours of today.

In a Whatsapp message obtained by Naijabanquet, Gbade explains how he was rescued by the Nigerian Police and the Amotekun Corps Security Networks.
Reeling from the threats that Gbade had received in the past few days over his investigation into the gruesome murder of his brother, Gbade could only but thank God for his safety.
“Who did this to me? God knows who sends them to me? You understand me. God passed them.” his message reads in part.
The deceased, Timothy Adegoke was reportedly found dead near Hilton Hotel, Ile-Ife, Osun State, eight days after he was declared missing. The prime suspect, Rahman Adedoyin has however been in detention since his arrest in November 15.
